When I first saw the stills of Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter in Tim Burton's 'sequel' to the Disney adaptation of Alice in Wonderland, I wasn't impressed. Tim Burton's latest films have been a bit of a bore-fest. But I saw the trailer and this really looks very promising!

But in the middle of the trailer BAMM best character design....EVUR!

Now, I'm the kinda person that will let one particular character pull them into a film just by itself, so in this case the Cheshire Cat's design caught my eye imediatly, so this movie's now a must-see on my list. HE'S SO DAMN CUTE! Fluffy grey fur, gigantic teal eyes, and a smile that can make the Joker frown! To bad his body has yet to be revealed, but I bet he'll be his pudgey old self like in the disney version.
